The mixing system is mainly used for the preparation process of culture medium, buffer solution, intermediates and semi-finished products. Duoning independently developed 2 L - 20 L DuoMix® benchtop mixing system, 50 L-3,000 L DuoMix® floor mixing system and supporting 3D mixing bag to provide a one-stop solution for liquid mixing, which are suitable for application scenarios from process development to large-scale manufacturing. DuoMix® benchtop magnetic mixing system consists of three parts: control system, base with magnetic drive motor and weighing module, and supporting holder. The controller can support the connection of three stirring bases to drive three mixing units to work simultaneously to maximize efficiency. The drive unit and the mixing bag transmit power through magnetic coupling, which is easy to operate. Optional modules including pH and conductivity sensors, temperature sensors, temperature control units and peristaltic pumps can be configured as required. · "One to three" high-efficiency processing: split structure, one host controller can be equipped with four sizes of supporting holders: 2 L, 5 L, 10 L, and 20 L. The controller can support the connection of three bases to drive three mixing units to work simultaneously to maximize efficiency; · Equipped with dot matrix printer as standard, which is convenient for users to print and analyze real-time data.
