ORSE-06 rapid solvent extractor is an automated pre-treatment equipment mainly used for rapid extraction and purification of organic matter in solid or semi-solid samples. The efficiency of the extraction process can be improved by selecting the appropriate solvent and increasing the temperature (40°C-200°C) and pressure of the solvent. The entire extraction process is completely sealed, which effectively reduces the volatilization of organic solvents and the time laboratory personnel are exposed to organic vapors. It is environmentally friendly, healthy and safe. Adopting a six-channel parallel sample processing mode, the system can automatically detect whether the sample rack, collection rack and extraction cell are installed in place. The extraction process, preheating, solvent loading, heating and pressure, extraction, collection, and cleaning are all completed automatically.
