For the ambitious sample archiving The modern sample management needs new disposables for the archival storage of individual samples. Therefore, Ritter Medical has completed the line microTube rack by the new line dataMatrix rack, in order to achieve the retention of all necessary data for each individual sample. The dataMatrix racks are manufactured under clean room conditions of ISO 8 and are certified free of DNA, DNase, RNA, RNase and endotoxines. Advantages at a glance Tubes Made from low binding virgin polypropylene. Internal screw thread for the secured locking of the sample. Each tube is equipped with a unique data matrix code (white on black), easily legible with all common scanners. Tubes and bottoms are produced according to the patented wet-on-wet-process, to avoid any separation of the two components due to mechanical or thermal influences. Internally, the tubes have a U-bottom for low dead volume. Their transparency is excellent for showing the filling. Racks They are stackable according to the SBS format. The lid is equipped with a locking mechanism. On demand, a linear barcode on the narrow side of the rack is available. Storage is possible up to -196 °C (-321 °F). Screw caps The screw caps are equipped with a special seal (O-ring) to guarantee the tight sealing with the tubes.
