MT Series furnaces are covering furnace models with variety combinations of different temperature levels and inner chamber cavities. 1100°C, 1200°C and 1300°C furnaces can be supplied with 5, 10, 20, 40, 60, 100, 185 liter volumes. Custom size are also available. We manufacture side ward opening door as standard. Lift up door is optional. The mentioned temperatures are also the continuous working temperatures, not only maximum temperatures. Because of this feature, our units need to be compared with one upper temperature level furnace of other brands. The controller has 4 line display with menu. It is very user friendly. Audio and visual signals are for signaling for your service. Multi-zonal PID parameter covering ensures best temperature control accuracy along the whole working range. To replace the heating coils is very easy. You can also keep spare heating cartridges in stock. Replacement of it does not take more than 30 minutes.
